Major Projects
 
  • Responsible for site improvements, building additions and new ground-up construction including a new Rectory for the Diocese of Joliet. 
  • As a Construction Manager for Jewel/Osco, Phil was responsible for site development and construction of new stores in Illinois and Wisconsin.  He also oversaw the development of new fuel centers and building renovations.
  • Responsible for the construction of a new Walgreens store in Illinois.
  • Developed budgets, negotiated contracts and managed construction for the remodel of numerous retail grocery stores.
  • Helped develop and implement an asbestos abatement program that reduced an original ten million dollar project by 20%.
 
Phil attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying construction contract administration and field coordination processes
