Nancy has over fifteen years of experience in the general contracting industry and accounting profession.
Most of Nancy's work is in the office environment as our office administrator. She works closely with our company controller in the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. She is also responsible for ensuring that our subcontractors have executed construction contracts, current certificates of insurance on file with appropiate coverages, and that they understand our safety and jobsite policies before setting foot on the project construction site.
She is also Oakwood's Safety Manager and Safety Trainer. Completing the necessary courses she will teach the 10-hour OSHA 501 Trainer Course in Occupational Safety & Health Standards for General Industry to all of our office and field construction personnel. |
